Frozen bakery provider Delice de France has just launched its catalogue for autumn and winter this year, containing “margin-boosting bakery, on-trend sweet treats and new solutions tailored for stores, delis and grab-and-go counters,” it said.
Available to order now, the latest range is designed to capitalise on seasonal impulse purchases and the growing demand for dietary inclusivity, it added.
A new mini doughnut trio featuring Blackcurrant, Nutty and Coco varieties heads up the range.
There are also full-sized Ball Doughnuts in Boston Creme and in Forest Fruits, filled with a blend of strawberry, raspberry and black cherry.
On-trend flavours
Delice de France’ new catalogue launches usually reflect on-trend flavours and this year’s boasts a ready-to-bake Pistachio Croissant, enabling retailers to capitalise on this flavour with ease.
The treats can be paired with a new coffee brand from Delice de France – Segafredo Foresta. The blend is described as a responsibly crafted, medium-dark roast coffee with rich notes of dark chocolate and berries, balanced by a velvety mouthfeel and a subtle citrus lift.
Outlets looking to elevate their lunchtime offer can also benefit from 12 new bread and sandwich carrier products, including a Sourdough Baguette, Folded Pinsa Romana and a trio of Focaccia products.

Delice de France is also supporting those with gluten intolerances with two free-from rolls in White and Brown, and a gluten free Farmhouse twin pack.
Packaging news
Finally, to support retailers in driving sales of eat-later products, the supplier has launched a new rPET Acetate Bakery Container, supplied in a case of 320 units.
Commenting on the launch, CEO Thierry Cacaly said: “Stores are fast-moving environments and operators often only have a few seconds to make an impression and drive a sale.
“That’s where trend-backed innovation comes in, and our new range promises the quality and premium cues that consumers are increasingly expecting no matter where they are shopping.”
The catalogue is available to order now through the Delice de France webshop.
