Tropicana is making the soft drinks world taste better, with the wider launch of Hydrate+, described as a delicious new range designed for people who want “the benefits of coconut water without compromising on taste,” it said.
Initially only in supermarkets and available in two tropical flavours, Pineapple with Coconut Water and Mango with Coconut Water, Hydrate+ combines fruit juice with added vitamins, helping consumers feel more refreshed “in the most delicious way possible.”
Each refreshing blend contains coconut water and is enriched with magnesium, which contributes to electrolyte balance, alongside vitamins C, E, B1, B2 and B6. The result is a “flavour-packed drink that provides delicious refreshment, whether you’ve had a big night watching the World Cup or the UK heatwave has you gasping for a mid-afternoon refreshment moment,” Tropicana said.
For many people, taste has often been the sticking point with coconut water. Hydrate+ is looking to change that, delivering the refreshment people are looking for in flavours they’ll enjoy. The drinks contain just 37-39 calories per 100ml, zero fat and no artificial ingredients.
The 850ml size cartons have an RRP of £3.50, while the 300ml bottles (pineapple only) are £2.50.
