Lynch’s, which operates 11 stores in the North West and Mid-Ulster regions of Northern Ireland, has officially opened its latest outlet, Lynch’s Eurospar Caw.
The new-build superstore represents a £3m investment by the family, and has brought 50 new jobs to the area.
In total, the company now employs 500 people throughout its estate of stores, with the Caw store the fifth Eurospar to open within the retailer’s portfolio.
The store includes a Lynch’s Butchery and deli serving grab and go snacks and meals freshly prepped in-store, plus a six-pump GO fuel forecourt. A Post Office will also open in-store in the New Year, it said.

Gary Lynch said: “We’re so proud to open our 11th retail outlet. We’re in a busy area for retail and the demand is high, and we’ve worked closely with our partners at Henderson Group to bring in a huge variety of products to complement our known and trusted local brands and ranges, to really enhance the shopper experience in-store.
“Providing local employment and engaging with the local communities and neighbourhoods where we operate is very important to us as a family and a business.”
Ciara Moore, store manager, added; “Operating under the Eurospar brand allows us to engage with and fundraise for Cancer Fund for Children, its charity partner in Northern Ireland, and therefore we look forward to getting together as a team to support donations with fun days in-store, and our own fundraising challenges.”
Lynch’s Eurospar Caw is open 6am-11pm Monday to Saturday and 8am-11pm on Sundays.
