Impulse and confectionery distributor, Bobby’s, has expanded its delivery service with the launch of the Bobby’s Brand Box.
The Brand Box is a new multi-brand delivery model giving independent retailers access to additional Bobby’s branded products and a wider range of best-selling and trend-led products.
Accessed via the sales reps, these products will be in addition to those already stocked on the van and will all be delivered straight to the store.
An increased range of branded products, including Blue Raspberry Bon Bons, Strawberry Dazzler Bites and Fast Food Gummies, will be included within the delivery service. Alongside these, ranges from other brands including Warheads, Bonds of London, Barratt, Vimto and Sour Punch are included in the new service.The products will be delivered straight to stores via DPD within two working d ays.
Retailers will be able to benefit from wholesale convenience without having to drive to the nearest cash and carry. The products will arrive shelf-ready, and payment is handled through the regular Bobby’s rep, making the service convenient and easy to use.
The launch follows feedback from retailers keen to increase their range of products and to have access to products normally be unavailable to them, Bobby’s says. Marketing manager, Carmelina Mancini, added: “By launching the Brand Box we’re building on what we know already works for our retailers - face-to-face service and fast-selling stock, and giving them even more choice, flexibility and convenience.
“We want to make life easier for busy store owners - bringing them the products they want, when they need them, in a really easy way. The Brand Box will increase the offering to customers and allow them to take advantage of new launches and best-selling ranges. There are around 17 brands added meaning lots of additional choice.”
