Delice de France has added new lines and updated its core range.

Bread and bakery supplier Delice de France has launched a filled croissant range under its Delice Fresh concept.

The expansion has been designed to help London-based retailers and foodservice operators “maximise profitability by capturing the latest bakery trends,” it said.

First launched in June last year, its Delice Fresh offers businesses within the M25 a range of premium bakery products delivered freshly baked and ready to sell, seven mornings a week, with a minimum order value of just £35.

The service launched with a range of fresh breads and to-go bakery products to test demand. One year on, and in direct response to the growing opportunity for on-the-go treats with social media appeal, the range has been revamped and consolidated into two distinct categories:

Tapping into the viral cube croissant sensation, the Signature range focuses on indulgence and visual appeal. It includes filled croissants in Lemon, Berries, Chocolate and Caramel in mini and regular sizes and a glazed Pain aux Raisin topped with roasted almond, a flapjack-topped Cinnamon Bun and an Almond Pain au Chocolat.

The Specialist range, contains 23 “core staples” designed to meet a variety of price points and consumer needs. Current Delice Fresh customers will recognise this as a consolidated version of 2025’s range:

Arthur Magne, business development manager, said: “When we delved into what makes the viral cube croissant so popular, it wasn’t just the shape, it was the indulgence of the filling. With our new range, we’re enabling even the smallest food outlets to offer a premium, trend-led treat that stays true to our French baking quality and authenticity.”
