Spirits producer The Curious Drinker (formerly known as Craft Gin Club), has announced it’s to enter the ready-to-drink (RTD) category with the launch of its first canned cocktail range.
The six-SKU range spans three cocktail flavours, with each available as either an 8% ABV Crafted Cocktail or a 0% alcohol-free variant infused with the brand’s signature Good Spirits Blend of L-theanine, magnesium, Lion’s Mane and electrolytes.
The range - featuring Raspberry & Lime Mojito, Passion Fruit & Vanilla Martini and Mango & Pineapple Margarita - was developed by The Curious Drinker’s in-house drinks experts, it said.
Available online now in 200ml cans, the range is priced at £3.40 a can, with the alcohol-free Good Spirits Blend range at £2.40, in packs of six or twelve.
Jon Hulme, CEO and co-founder, said: “We’ve spent more than a decade helping people discover great drinks, so when we decided to create our own RTD range, we wanted to solve a problem we could see emerging. People increasingly want the flexibility to choose whether to drink alcohol, but they don’t want to compromise on the quality or experience of the cocktail.
”For the alcoholic range, that meant using premium spirits and treating each recipe like a proper cocktail. For the alcohol-free range, we didn’t want to simply remove the alcohol – we wanted to create something genuinely different.”
Retail and wholesale partnerships are currently being sought for the range.
