A Farnborough Co-op and Post Office relaunched today (13 February) with a new look following a four-week programme of works and improvements.
The Fernhill Road store in Cove supports 16 local jobs and has been ‘transformed’ following the investment.
Alongside Post Office services it includes Costa Coffee Express, hot food, bakery and an extensive range and choice of fresh and healthy products. Earlier this year Co-op launched its own GLP-1 friendly meals, specially developed for shoppers with smaller appetites, as part of Co-op’s new Good Fuel range.
Marco Pereira, area manager, said: “We’re delighted to invest in Cove – it has a focus on offering quality products, value and choice that can be enjoyed by everyone. We’re here to contribute to local life and conveniently serve and support our community.”
Co-op’s Cove store is one of 18 stores Co-op confirmed it would open in the first three months of 2026, either brand new stores or stores re-launching after transformative investment.
