UK nut butter brand, Pip & Nut, has launched a new charitable foundation, helping provide over 60,000 meals to those who need them most.

With ten million adults & children in the UK not able to afford or access the food they need, The Pip & Nut Foundation was created to help give everyone a seat at the table, supporting organisations tackling hunger and loneliness by giving nourishing meals to communities who need them most.

The Pip & Nut Foundation will receive 10% of the company’s annual profits, with a guaranteed minimum donation of 0.5% of net revenue to ensure consistent support, even in leaner years. In 2025, the Foundation will fund £131,500 in grants, helping provide over 60,000 meals to those who need them most.

This year’s national, local and international partners, include Foodcycle, World Central Kitchen, CanTeam and other local partners in East London.

Pip Murray (above), founder and CEO of Pip & Nut and the Pip & Nut Foundation, said: “We’re seeing a growing number of people unable to afford healthy, good food and community organisations under huge pressure to fill that gap. As a business built around the idea that good food can do good, we’re proud to be able to support these brilliant organisations - and many more in the future - in their life-changing work.

“Good food and good company can make a huge difference to people’s wellbeing. The organisations we’re supporting create spaces where people can eat, connect and feel part of a community - something everyone should be able to experience.”
