The Co-op is welcoming members and customers into its newest store which it has launched to serve and support the community in Penylan, Cardiff, it says.
The 2,500 sq.ft., purpose built store is located in Colchester Avenue, Penylan, and offers Costa Coffee Express and an in-store bakery alongside an extensive range of fresh, healthy and chilled produce, as well as food-to-go and meal deals, Fairtrade products, pizzas, flowers; ready meals, award winning wines and every day essentials.
The store is alsos a fulfilment hub for online grocery deliveries through Co-op’s own online shop and through Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo.
Anthony Jones, store manager (above), said: “The whole team is delighted to have had the opportunity to launch Co-op’s newest store and we’ve had a great response. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver the quality, choice and value which can be enjoyed by everyone, plus a range of added services including payment services and quick and convenient online home delivery of groceries.”
